"We have worked with Lori McMurren and Alpha Design Group since 2002 when we began the renovation of our guest house and the plans for the extensive re-design and remodel of our primary residence. Lori did all of the preliminary drawings for wall changes, we combine some rooms and re-designed others. Every finish in the house, every stairway, wall, flooring surface, custom iron railing, banisters and doors, windows, cabinets-  the kitchen and all bathrooms were completely re-designed...we gutted the house and started over! We added a gourmet outdoor kitchen in our pool house, a new poolside cabanna, we did so much and it all came together flawlessly.

It was a 3-year project and we worked very well with Lori and our General Contractor every step of the way. Having been involved in other projects, one of the highest recommendations that we can make for Lori and her Alpha Design Group Team is how they worked with the contractors. No egos, no headaches. They worked together smoothly. Many things were designed as the project evolved and our family grew, Lori was always professional, always available to meet with us or the contractor. She knew our budgets, our tastes and she made extremely well thought out recommendations on every decision. Many times our out of town travel required that she make decisions in our absence and we were able to trust her integrity and judgement to represent our interests and desires perfectly. We never had an unwanted surprise when we entrusted her with the direction of the project.

She helped us transform a big, contemporary house into a warm, European villa-home!  We love our home and prefer it to any place on earth!
